My Story
A fashion lover since childhood, I started getting familiar with fabrics and colors when still young while spending time in the family company in Milan, "Passamanerie Pirola" (high-quality trimmings manufacturers for more than forty years). I worked for the most important fashion exhibitions in Milan and Paris, which gave me the opportunity to open my horizons while acquiring new global skills. After graduating in Foreign Languages and becoming a licensed Journalist, I decided to learn more about the technical side of the fashion industry, thus becoming a certified Image Consultant, Bridal Stylist and Color Expert for Personal Styling and Interiors. In order to unleash my creativity more and more, I completed my studies in fashion design both in Milan and Dubai and specialised in casual & high-end wear. I have founded my own brand "Manuela Pirola Couture" (elegant unique pieces for ladies). As particularly fond of interiors, I also got a certification in Interior Styling. Today I do operate as a freelance Image Consultant and Interior Stylist in Milan, where I am based, with collaborations in Middle East and Africa. I also work as a Tutor for fashion academies and as a Professional Trainer for stores and companies in the fashion, beauty and cosmetics fields.
